Senior Bookkeeper

Role Overview:

Upon commencement & while the Red Pod fills the role will be flexible.

This will include things like implementing systems & processes across existing PODS, training & Month End Reviews.

Once the POD is filled the role will move to maintaining the end to end bookkeeping requirements of your designated POD & assisting coaches (Maximum 6 bookkeepers, each with 5 clients).

Location & Hours: Hybrid

The working hours of this role can be flexible however they need to be pre-determined and agreed upon in advance.

Main Reporting Office: Mackay

Key Responsibilities:
Bookkeeping & Client Management

    Ensure bookkeeping requirements for each client (in your POD) are met including upkeeping accurate financial data in a timely manner.

    Hold bookkeepers accountable to their tasks & processes.
  3. 3
    Ensure all processes are followed by Bookkeepers including obligations sent out on time.
  4. 4
    Ensure Error Rates remain low & identify processes to minimize (KPI).
  5. 5
    Ensure Client Happiness (KPI).
  6. 6
    Ensure Pod Employee Happiness (KPI).
  7. 7
    Communicate weekly obligations with clients & respond to any queries appropriately.
