Role Overview:

We are on the lookout for an exceptional Client Onboarding and Operations Co-ordinator to establish and streamline processes within our operations, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for clients.

Main: Mackay, Mackay & Coalfields QLD

Key Responsibilities:

    Client Onboarding: Onboarding new clients and guiding them through our services to foster strong relationships from the start.

    Process Development: Assisting the team with developing and refining processes to enhance overall operational efficiency.

     Process Maintenance: Maintaining established processes to ensure consistency and reliability in service delivery.
