Key Responsibilities:

    Liquidation and Administration Assistance: Assisting with liquidation processes and, to a lesser extent, voluntary administration tasks, ensuring compliance with regulations and adherence to best practices.

    Team Collaboration: Collaborating closely with directors and serving as an integral member of both the Accounting and Bookkeeping teams.
  3. 3
     Stakeholder Relationship Management: Maintaining and nurturing relationships with internal and external stakeholders to enhance the overall client experience.

    Strategic Problem-Solving: Developing strategic solutions to address complex restructuring challenges effectively.
  5. 5
    SBR Process Navigation: Navigating the SBR process to support clients in managing their financial contexts.
  6. 6
    Process Development: Assisting the director in the development and enhancement of the firm's Restructuring and SBR processes.
